Practice/rehearsal room with a beautiful Kawai GS 40. A nice instrument, with a warm sound. The room has a bit of reverberation, but it's a nice and cozy place where to give a lesson, practice or have an spontaneous chamber music rehearsal. Lamps, toilette, Heizung and Wifi available. Piano is tuned twice a year. :)
No smoking, no eating. You must also write clearly why are you renting the place (rehearsal, private lesson, practice, etc.). Some of the activities may need an specific preparation from my side :)
